    Terms of Service – PLSFIX

    These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by PLSFIX – Marius Hoepfner ("PLSFIX", "we", or "us"), including any updates, upgrades, or modifications thereof (collectively, the "Service").

    All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. Because you receive immediate and full access to the digital products (including the complete slide library and all downloadable assets) upon completing your purchase, the service is considered fully delivered and consumed at that moment. By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you waive any right of withdrawal or refund once access has been granted.

    PLSFIX trademarks and logos may not be used without written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

    Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease.

    Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold PLSFIX, its owner, and affiliates harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

    Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, PLSFIX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any damages exceeding the fees you have paid (or €500 if greater).

    The Service is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. Use is at your own risk.

    Miscellaneous

    These Terms are the entire agreement between you and PLSFIX. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms are not assignable by you without our prior written consent. PLSFIX may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
